Healthcare is the right of every individual but lack of quality infrastructure, dearth of qualified medical functionaries, and non- access to basic medicines and medical facilities thwarts its reach to 60% of population in India.

Maternal and Infant mortality is high among the most vulnerable segment of society to geographical variation, class, caste, and gender inequality. It requires action to break down political, economic, social, and cultural barriers that women face in accessing the intervention that can prevent maternal and infant mortality. 

Shrushti Seva Samiti is been working on Medical & Health issue since 1999. In last 24 years we have associated with many agencies to provide significant services in far flung rural areas. In all those years we have been active in strengthening medical & health services in tribal dominated area.  

Shrushti is contributing to improving maternal and child health by advocacy and strengthening existing program service deliveries in partnership with the State government. Through our various initiatives, which are very much aligned to strengthen PHC/CHCs, ICDS services, and National Nutrition Policy and make a positive impact in the life of more than 1,23,000 Pregnant & Lactating Women and infant children.
